“They send em e-mails, forward my calls to me if needed, deal with telemarketers, schedule... and the(y) do a great job at it, put up with all the problems, are really nice... really nice, ....... improved my way of scheduling.
By the way.... they get ALL the info from the customer that I was too busy to get with every phone call... like e-mails etc. If I would of had some low end phone answering person full time I would have spent close to $2,000.00 ($10.00 per hour) after all was said and done... and in reality so much more because of training and all my time taken to do it.
If you want to clear yourselves from having to answer the phones, or give your spouse some free time. Sign up for these guys at least as an answering service when you can’t answer the phone. I don’t see how anyone could let a phone call go to voicemail again. Brian Robinson, Priority Carpet & Tile
